Shipping policy

Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days once they are confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays and for in stock products only.

Please note that we only deliver to commercial and residential addresses. Post Office boxes and logistics centers are not accepted for deliveries.

Hong Kong 

For a single purchase spending over HK$600 (after discount), you can enjoy SF Express Free Delivery Service for the Hong Kong area. Please select the product to be sent by SF Express during checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status on the courier's website.

If the product will be sent to self-operated network points, please enter the code of SF Business Stations, SF Stores, or EF Lockers.

Macau

UK Shipping

UK shipping is available on selected products only. Eligibility will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Please note that UK shipping applies only when all items within the same order are eligible for UK delivery.

If your order includes a combination of items that are eligible and not eligible for UK shipping, your order may be split into multiple shipments.
Items eligible for UK delivery will be dispatched locally, while the remaining items will be shipped separately from Hong Kong.

 

International Delivery   

Delivery costs will vary for different countries. Please check the freight on the checkout page.

Please note that due to insufficient air flight capacity, additional time may be required for the delivery of your airmail items (including Speedpost) to the destinations, even after the completion of local processes after posting.

International Duties and Taxes  

International customers (outside Hong Kong) are responsible for paying any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and other fees outlined by the local Customs authority.

Others 

Currently, we are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver your order to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible via email.

Once the order is dispatched, please contact the courier directly in case of any changes to the delivery address. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

If you are unable to receive the order due to personal reasons, please contact the courier directly for further arrangements.
