Although our clip-ons are designed to stay comfortably in place, accidents can happen. A favourite piece may slip away during a busy day, on a holiday, or simply somewhere you'll never find it again.

Instead of asking you to purchase a new pair, we'd love to help you complete it again.

That's why we created our CIEL Special Care – Single Earring Replacement Service.

How it works

If you've lost one side of your CIEL clip-on earrings, you can purchase a single earring replacement at 50% of the original pair price, subject to availability.

Instead of replacing the entire pair, we'll help you complete it again whenever possible.

How to request a replacement

Complete the Replacement Request Form below.

Please include:

  • Your name and email
  • Product name (or a photo if you're unsure)
  • Which side you need (Left / Right)
  • Original order number (if available)

Once we receive your request, we'll check availability and email you a payment link within 1–2 business days.

Before you apply

Please note:

  • This service is available for CIEL DE BETHLÉEM clip-on earrings only.
  • Single earring replacements are subject to stock availability.
  • Some retired or limited-edition designs may no longer be available.
  • Shipping charges apply.
  • If you've recently placed an order and would like your replacement shipped together with it, please mention your order number in the notes below. We'll do our best to combine your shipment whenever possible.
