We hope you love every piece you receive. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item in accordance with the policy below.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
* Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
* All original packaging and accessories must be included
For hygiene reasons, earrings and clip-on earrings cannot be returned once worn.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
* Items showing signs of wear or damage
* Custom-made or personalised pieces
* Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of postage.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to select a different piece, please return your item and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable delivery costs.
