Exchange and Return

All products purchased in the Store or Website cannot be returned or exchanged.  Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products or incorrect order subject to the terms and conditions in this return and exchange policy. 

If this is the case, please email your request for exchange with reasons (e.g. the details of defects/issues) and photos in support of your request within 7 days of purchase (local orders) or 21 days of purchase (international order). We will contact you by email and make any necessary arrangement with you as soon as possible. 

To be eligible for an exchange, you must return to us all the original packaging (including but not limited to the protective packaging and sleeves, labels, packaging box), all in good and unworn condition.

No exchange is accepted if any part of packaging is lost or used or not in good condition or discounted items. Any coupons or gifts accompanied by the products shall be returned upon exchange.

No refund service will be provided for purchases which involved any kind of non-Ciel de Bethléem coupons or enjoyed promotions offered by the malls.

Ciel de Bethléem reserves the right to amend or terminate this refund and exchange policy without prior notice.

Ciel de Bethléem reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
