How to be CIEL member?
Simply create an account and register as a member for free.
First, please click here to our website. Then follow the step to fill in the information and create account.
Once you received the confirmation, the account is created successfully. If you do not receive any confirmation email, please email us at ciel.debethleem@gmail.com
How to redeem coupons with points?
1. Log-in your account, and click the yellow button in the bottom right corner.
2. Click "Redeem".
3. Enter how many points you would like to redeem (100 points = HKD3).
4. Confirm the amount and redeem. You can check the coupon in the account.
Is it possible to cancel or edit the coupons?
Coupons are not allowed to return and edit once they have been issued.
Does the loyalty program apply in-store?
Yes, the loyalty program applies in-store.
Your spending at our store will be recorded in the registered account. Please present your email address to our staff in-store.
Will the points expire?
Yes, all points will have a year expiration period.
Terms and conditions
- Points are valid for one year. Points will be invalidated after expiration and will be reseted.
- Any claim of points after transaction will not be accepted.
- Points and accounts cannot be transferred or combined with any other account. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
- After canceling the order or returning products, the points earned from the purchase will be revoked.
- Discount offer is valid for purchase of selected regular-priced products only. This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, or be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotion, etc.
- Only one discount code can be used for each purchase, and each discount code can only be used once.
- Ciel de Bethléem reserves the right to cancel or change membership points, birthday offers, membership plans, and all terms and conditions of this loyalty program anytime without prior notice.
- In case of dispute, the decision of Ciel de Bethléem shall be final.
